Very disappointed with the service and decor..there were heaps of workers behind and no one came out to wipe the table as the customers arrived to order,no wet floor signs was displayed as part of the seating area was wet.paid for extra piece of chicken and cheese on the burgers and they weren't provided with my orders.managenent need to be assessed if they're really qualified for their job. KFC Griffith pick up your game!!
Abysmal service. Piles of garbage in the main area. Untidy and unclean (hand smears on joinery panels and glass doors eeww). They got the order wrong 3 times. The kid taking the order had no idea and thought it was funny. Chicken was greasy. Chips had no salt. The place got mopped out while we ate with no warning signs for slippery floors. This place needs to get itself sorted out. Not that I'll be back. After this no more KFC for me. I'm done.
The management there are doing a wonderful job and they are making sure the staff are respectful of the customers and the restaurant is clean. the food is absolutely amazing and cannot fault the service. if i could i would give 10 stars for this amazing restaurant
