My phone actually came back more broken than when I brought it into them. Staff was rude and arrogant.
Don't waste your time and money the management are scammers they take no responsibility for selling a dud phone. Lied to my partner about internal damage in her 3 month old phone then when it came back after 3 weeks of waiting they tell her it's got a crack in the screen which it did have but the crack was caused by them as their own serviceman could find nothing wrong on the outside and told us its internal. Now it's cracked and scratched on the screen and they want $300 to fix what they broke.totally ripped us off not only that they made us feel like liars.they sold a dud phone then when it came to do the right thing they cheated us. Hope you go belly up no place in the market for cheats and liars with no honour or respectability. Save yourself money and dramas shop elsewhere it will be the best thing you do
Purchased New Phone from here. Did not send or receive messages, battery was terrible. Returned, refused to refund money, they "fixed it" no change, requested refund, they tested again, stated there's no problem with the phone and refused to refund. Have reported to Department of Fair Trading NSW.
