I intended to buy a Go Pro at the Blacktown store but had problems with a prepaid Visa card and had to delay the purchase. Once resolved, I checked online that the item was still in stock but was told when I arrived that it was OUT OF STOCK. I checked online again when I got home and stock was still available. I sent an email enquiry for clarification & was told a response should be sent within 24hrs.THREE DAYS LATER, NO RESPONSE & STILL SHOWING STOCK AT BLACKTOWN. I can follow up on my enquiry if I care to LOG IN to my (non existent) ACCOUNT which wasn't required to lodge the complaint but is required for any follow up. Not a big problem unless, you are trying to sell stuff without infuriating your EX-customers. WHY ARE YOU MAKING IT SO HARD TO BUY STUFF?(Staff where good and tried to help but when things fall over.......)
Over priced due to little competition and not at all flexible on the prices they have. They would rather lose a customer than to negotiate a discount despite the fact you are prepared to spend a large amount of money. I highly recommend going anywhere but here.
