Purchased a BT50 had to wait 2 moths for tray to be told wrong colour when i ordered a silver and got a white then was promised in quote first 45000 service was free and now suggesting it inst , put fatter tyres on Ute as compensation of colour and at 30ks they are out of shape ... request rotation of tyres at service and not done , elderly lady in service department scares me and im 120kg ..... wish I never purchased from Doms very disappointing.

Purchased a new car and received great service from Stefan, Brendan, Matt and Todd.
Pathetic service. Had a mechanic tell me that there wasn't a problem after having my car for 4 days. Was also give 2 quotes of upwards of 2000 for repairs that had nothing to do with the problem. Very lazy and even left my car out with the windows open for two days. Grease marks have been left in the interior and nothing was done to fix the issue. Car has broken down 250km since the "repairs". Couldn't even identify a faulty cam chain tensioner. I strongly recommend taking repairs elsewhere.
Very unhappy.. Don't use their service department at all cost - they just don't care!I wouldn't buy another car that needed to be serviced there.I now take mine over 2hrs to John Davis Mazda in Forbes where they value your business.
